Nestor
Privacy
Last updated 5 August 2026.
Nestor is currently a one-person, early-stage project, not a company. I’m the only person with access to the data below, and I use it only to run and improve the service. This page explains what I collect and why.
What I collect
- Your email address, once you save a search or sign in.
- What you tell Nestor in chat, and the buyer brief it builds from that (areas, budget, dealbreakers, and similar preferences).
- Your activity in the workspace: homes you like or dismiss, enquiries you send, viewings you book, and notes you add.
- A session cookie, so the app knows it’s you between visits — including before you give an email, via an anonymous guest session.
How it’s used
To hold the conversation, find and rank homes worth your time, and send enquiries to agents on your behalf — but only after you approve each send. Nothing goes to an agent without your say-so.
Who else sees it
Nestor runs on a small set of providers that process data to make the service work:
- Google Gemini — reads your chat messages and brief to hold the conversation and rank homes.
- Homedata — the licensed source of the property listings themselves.
- Google Maps / Street View — home photos, from the listing’s address.
- Resend — delivers enquiry and summary emails.
- Neon and Vercel — host the database and the app.
None of them get more than they need to do their job, and I don’t sell or share your data beyond this list.
Early testing
While Nestor is in early testing, I may read conversations myself to fix bugs and improve the service. This is the same notice shown on the landing page.
Analytics
Nestor uses Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get used and how the search funnel performs. It’s cookieless and doesn’t track you across other sites.
How long I keep it
For as long as your account is active. Ask me to delete your data at any time and I will, short of what I’m legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what Nestor holds on you at any time — email support@nestor123.com.
Not financial advice
Nestor doesn’t give mortgage, affordability, or other financial-product advice, and won’t use your data to try to. Questions like that get pointed to an FCA-regulated broker.
Changes
If this changes materially, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
