Nestor
Terms
Last updated 5 August 2026.
Nestor is run by an individual, not a registered company, as an early-stage product still in testing. Using it means you agree to the following.
What Nestor is
A personal buying agent for UK homes: it holds a conversation about what you want, searches real listings, and — with your approval on every send — emails agents and tracks viewings on your behalf. It represents you, never the selling agency.
What it isn’t
Not an estate agent, not a solicitor, and not a financial adviser. Nestor doesn’t give mortgage, affordability, or other regulated financial advice. For that, talk to an FCA-regulated broker.
AI, and where it can be wrong
Chat responses and home matches are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) over third-party listing data (Homedata). Both can be wrong, outdated, or miss something that matters to you. Check anything important — price, availability, chain position — before you act on it.
Early access
Nestor is in active testing. Features can change or break, and the service can go down without notice. Don’t rely on it as your only channel for a time-sensitive step in a purchase.
Your account
Keep the details you give Nestor accurate. You can stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted at any time — see the privacy page. I can suspend an account that’s abusing the service (for example, hammering it with automated traffic).
No warranty
Nestor is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. I’m not liable for decisions made on the strength of a chat answer, a match, or listing data pulled from a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
